How does this work?
We sell digital/downloadable service manuals only — no physical media will be mailed. Our website will grant you instant access to download your order immediately after checkout is completed.
How do I download the manual I purchased?
After we receive payment, an email with the link to download your manual will be dispatched immediately. Look for the “Click here to download” text link in the email to start the download. If an email from us has not shown up within 5 to 10 minutes, please check your spam/promotions folder or contact us. Most manuals can be saved to your computer/tablet and a USB flash drive for backup.
I have not received my manual, what next?
There could be a few reasons why:
- The email address entered at checkout may have been incorrect or contained a typo
- The email was moved into your spam or promotions folder, or was blocked by your email service provider
- Payment has not yet cleared
Please contact us with identifying information (name, email address used at checkout, order #) for assistance.
How long do I have to download the manual I purchased?
You will have up to 90 days to download your order and save it to your computer or device. The manual itself will never expire after being saved to your computer or device. We will provide a replacement link, by request, up to 180 days after purchase. If you any experience any technical difficulties downloading a manual, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I view the manual I purchased?
Most manuals are in PDF format. We recommend Adobe Reader, but any compatible PDF viewer will work. Many of our manuals include a bookmarks panel to quickly navigate chapters. You can enable it in your PDF viewer’s settings.
(iOS – Safari) What do I do if I get a blank page when I click the download link?
If you get a blank page when trying to download your order, please allow some time for the manual to load in your web browser. This may take several minutes depending on your connection speed. After it loads completely, press the share button 
and choose the Books app to save the PDF permanently. Be sure to check your status bar for download progress.
What do I do with a zip file?
Some manuals contain multiple files packaged into a zip archive make it easier to send to you . The zip file download will need to be extracted before you can view the contents. Instructions can be found below.
For best compatibility, we recommend downloading zip files to a desktop/laptop computer instead of mobile devices.
Which payment methods do you accept? Is your website safe?
We accept credit card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We use industry standard encryption at checkout to securely transmit data to our payment processors. Your sensitive payment information is never stored on our systems. Additionally, all files are routinely scanned for viruses and malware.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. There is no method to return a digital file or verify it has been deleted. While the order is non-refundable, if there is a mistake on our part we will work with you to correct it in a timely manner. Our goal is your satisfaction.
